| Our rates are based on time and materials, plus parts, consumables and taxed where applicable. We bill after 40 hours of work is accomplished. Cars are not worked on for 40 hours straight. We work on a rotation system. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| From the time a car arrives and before disassembly, a clock and a book is assigned to the car with a job number. As disassembly begins, all parts are bagged and tagged, categorized in groups. For example, chrome, glass, mechanical, parts for stripping, for repair work, or rebuilding. Part Sheds are also assigned to the cars, so everything is kept organized. As the car progresses through various stages, pictures are taken documenting all work performed, as there are many phases the car goes through that its owner doesn't see while the work is in progress. One set of pictures is kept for our album and another complete set is sent to the cars owner for his or her album, which not only increases the value of the car, but allows for reflection on the cars beginning stages all the way to the finished product. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| We write up an invoice to the cars owner after a total of 40 hours of work is completed. It includes an itemized breakdown of parts, labor, materials, etc. The invoice is either mailed, E-mailed, or faxed, whichever is preferred. At the clients request, any time during the 40 hour process an invoice can be provided. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
